Procedures for International Orders

Option 1:  Online Order (Pure Primal Skin Online Shop)

Make arrangements and payment with an international shipping company based in South Africa, like Aramex, for your order to be shipped through them.

Place your order online and make online payment for the Pure Primal Skin products – payment will be in ZAR (South African Rand).
Delivery address to be that of an international shipping company based in South Africa.
Add the Waybill/Tracking number in the ‘Notes’ section of your order for us.  This number needs to be affixed to your parcel so they can ship it to you.

We will pack your order and send it via courier to the shipping company with your name, contact details (email & telephone number) and supplied Waybill/Tracking number on the parcel.
The Shipping company will then ship your order to you.

If you need the weight and dimensions of the order beforehand to arrange for shipment, please send email to to request this information.


Option 2: Manual Order via email (

Send an email with your order to our office email ( listing the products, size and quantities of each of the products you would like to order.

Provide us with your contact details – Full name, contact numbers, email address and the physical delivery address (state if it is a residential or business address).

We will obtain a quote from a local company who does international shipping.
The invoice for your products ordered and the shipping costs amount will be in ZAR (South African Rand).
The shipping cost is a function of the dimensions and weight of the goods shipped and is often more than the value of the products purchased.

IMPORTANT – The quoted shipping costs EXCLUDES any liability cover, duties & taxes (i.e. import taxes and/or sales tax) levied by customs for importation of these products.
Please find out beforehand what the costs would be for importing these goods as this will be for your account and payable in your country of residence.

After we receive proof of payment (to be emailed to, your order will be packed and collected from us by the shipping company for international shipping and delivery.
The shipping company will notify you of the progress/location of your parcel until it is delivered to you.
